Our Key Issues Strategy
Diana is eager to incorporate the views, hopes and aspirations
of those in the 44th Assembly District into her specific campaign proposals. Hearing from you through the Issues Survey and in "Dialogues with Diana" will help
shape those proposals. Over time, Diana will communicate an agenda that encompasses:
- Making Affordable Health Care available for every Californian
- Restoring Public Education funding – pre-Kindergarten, Child Care, After School Care, K-12, Community Colleges, California
State University System and the University of California System
- Protecting our Environment – Clean air, clean water, fuel-efficient transportation, preservation of
open space, balanced development, brownfield cleanup
- Ensuring Equality – preserving equality of opportunity, safeguarding important Constitutional freedoms, preserving respect for the individual
in a "melting pot" society
- Bring Better Jobs to the community by investing in a non-outsourced, higher paid workforce.
